Greater Parramatta Finance was founded on a straightforward belief: everyone deserves clear, honest home loan guidance, regardless of how much they know about the system.We come from a real estate background. We’ve spent years working alongside property owners, investors, landlords, and first-time buyers across Western Sydney. We’ve seen first-hand what happens when people get the right advice early, and what happens when they don’t.
That experience taught us something important: most people don’t need more loan products. They need someone willing to sit down, listen, and explain things properly. Someone who treats their family’s financial future with the same care they would their own.
That’s what we do here.
Our Background
We didn’t come to finance from a bank. We came from the property industry, working directly with landlords managing portfolios, investors making acquisition decisions, and buyers navigating one of the most competitive housing markets in the country.
That means we understand finance not as an abstract exercise, but as something deeply connected to real properties, real families, and real consequences.
